Precast elements execution

The company can produce precast elements needed for the fast elevation of slender structures with large span, with a maximum post-to-post distance of 36 m.

Up to now, 300,000 m³ of precast concrete left our factory for sites across the country, for a total of about 3,000,000 m² built.

Concrete is manufactured with high quality cement and plasticizers additions. The concrete for precast elements is provided by two concrete plants types ELBA with a capacity of 2 cubic meters each, both equipped with humidometer with ultrasound to determine aggregates moisture. Both stations are coordinated by computers equiped with last generation programs for management and accounting, as well as own central heating that provides, in cold season, the steam for heating or thawing of the aggregates.

Processing of reinforcing steel with diameters of 6-12 mm is mechanically made with carving machines computerized driving.

In 2010 the company has a capacity of 250 cubic meters of concrete per day and 35,000 kg installed reinforcement per day.
